Privacy policy

Learn what data the website and game use, how to delete your progress and how Google AdSense is used on website pages.

1. Controller and scope

ALBC Tecnologia is the controller responsible for this website and the web version of Untitled Farm Game at /app/. Send privacy questions and rights requests to admin@speziale.com.br.

This policy covers the website and game on this domain. CrazyGames distributions and store apps may use accounts, cloud saves, ads and purchases from other services. The game at /app/ does not integrate those features; informational pages load Google AdSense as described below. Also read the distribution-specific notice and the policy of any platform you use.

2. On-device progress and preferences

The game uses IndexedDB and Godot’s persistent file system to store coins, upgrades, achievements, legacy, growing-plot state, bonuses and the last save time, used to calculate offline earnings. Starting a new farm may also create a local copy of the previous save.

Preferences include language, volumes, interface theme and display options. The loading screen language is also stored in localStorage under cloverbrook-acres.locale. The browser language may be read to suggest the initial presentation. Engine, image and audio files may remain in the browser cache.

This version requires no login, does not send saves to our servers and offers no cross-device synchronization. The website has no player chat, registration form or checkout. Informational pages do not integrate analytics tools or remote fonts. Google AdSense loading is described in the advertising section.

3. Hosting and technical data

Firebase Hosting, a Google service, delivers website and game files. This involves processing technical information, such as IP address and request and browser information, to deliver content and secure the infrastructure.

Using Firebase Hosting does not mean the game uses Firebase Analytics, Authentication or a save database: those services are not integrated into this domain’s version.

4. Email support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate problems, handle privacy requests and retain support context. Email providers process messages for delivery and storage.

Send only what is necessary; routine support does not require passwords, identity documents or banking information. We do not sell your messages or use them for behavioral advertising.

5. Google AdSense and H5 Games Ads

Informational website pages load the Google AdSense script when an advertising account is configured. Your browser connects to Google to obtain this code. Ad display depends on Google account approval and settings. The game at /app/ does not load this script or integrate H5 Games Ads or the Ad Placement API.

When ads are served, third parties, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this or other websites. Advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads using those visits.

Depending on the format, configuration and your choices, ad services may process IP addresses, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device information, page addresses, cookies or identifiers and ad interactions. Purposes include ad delivery, personalization where permitted, frequency capping, measurement and fraud prevention.

A future in-game integration may include optional ads in exchange for clearly described virtual bonuses. Choosing to watch an ad is separate from consenting to personalization or tracking. Other advertising networks are not enabled; additional vendors and policy links will be disclosed before activation.

Ad delivery must respect the applicable privacy controls and partner disclosures. Where required, consent will be requested before the relevant cookies or processing, with options to refuse and revisit or withdraw your choice. Continuing to browse or play will not count as consent to personalized advertising.

For personalized ads in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, the integration must use a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) supporting the TCF, as required by the applicable rules. This page is not a CMP and does not record consent. This version does not include its own advertising preferences panel; loading the script does not represent a consent choice.

You can already control Google personalization in My Ad Center and consult choices for other participating companies at AdChoices, using the previous section’s links. These external controls do not replace choices required on this website. Turning off personalization does not remove all ads; non-personalized ads may also use cookies for frequency capping and reporting, subject to required consent.

7. Purposes and legal bases

Where the LGPD applies to personal data, we process data needed to provide the game and handle service-related requests based on performance of the terms of use and steps you request. Security and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests, subject to necessity and your rights. Legal obligations and the exercise of legal rights may also justify retaining information.

Optional uses requiring consent, including cookies and ad personalization where required, must follow a valid choice. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Normal gameplay is not conditional on accepting personalized advertising.

Technical and support data may be processed by providers needed for hosting and email. We may also provide information to meet legal obligations, valid orders or protect rights. We do not sell local saves or support messages.

These providers may process data in other countries under their contracts, policies and safeguards required by applicable law. The Firebase and Google links above explain their practices. Loading AdSense also involves Google as described in the advertising section. Ad delivery must respect the applicable consent mechanism.

9. Retention and deletion

Progress, backups and preferences remain in the browser until replaced or removed by you or the browser, with no expiry set by the game. Cache follows browser and hosting rules. Private sessions and storage shortages may cause data loss.

The data reset option in game settings removes persistent game files, including saves, backups and settings, and restarts the experience after confirmation. It does not delete support messages, provider logs, the entire HTTP cache, third-party cookies or choices held by external services. The loading language may be stored again when the game restarts. To also remove localStorage and other data for this domain, clear site data in your browser; new visits may recreate necessary data.

Support messages are kept as needed for assistance, legal obligations and the defense of rights. Infrastructure logs follow provider retention; we have not set a separate period. Retention of data processed by AdSense depends on the service, purpose and applicable choices; consult Google’s policies.

10. Your rights and how to exercise them

Email admin@speziale.com.br to request confirmation and access, correction, sharing information, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability where applicable and deletion of consent-based data. You may also request information about refusing consent and its consequences, withdraw consent or object in cases provided by law.

We may need proportionate information to verify a request and must respect retention obligations. Since saves do not reach our servers, we cannot identify, restore or remotely erase your farm: manage that data on your device. You may also petition Brazil’s ANPD or contact the competent data protection authority.

11. Children and teenagers

This domain’s game does not request registration, ages or identity documents and has no player chat. If a child or teenager provides support data, their guardian can contact our privacy channel for guidance and deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

Having no registration does not remove duties toward children and teenagers. Their best interests must guide processing. We do not use profiling to target commercial ads to children or teenagers. Before enabling ads, we will assess the audience and likely access by minors, advertising restrictions and required protections, including Brazil’s LGPD and Digital Statute for Children and Adolescents (ECA Digital), and Google policies. The visual style is not a formal age rating.

12. Security and changes

Hosting uses HTTPS. Keep your browser and device updated and protect device access, especially on shared devices. No system guarantees absolute security.

We will update this page for material changes in services or data handling, including before activating ads. Check the update date. Where needed, we will provide additional notice and ask for a new consent choice.
